FORECASTING METHODS TAILORED TO THE SIMULATION PROCESS
Nowadays the production processes have continuously changing and largely stochastic manner. To build reliable and effective production processes it is important to apply suitable forecasting methods. In the aspect of logistics simulation, it is even more important to use precious forecasting techniques and methods.
During the project, partner institutes develop new theory and practical solutions for the application of forecasting methods tailored to the simulation process.
The leader of the development activities in this area is the Scientific Association for Mechanical Engineering.
